FRED BAUERLE

It is with great sadness that Montgomery County Fraternal Order of Police announces the death of former Abington Police Officer Fred Bauerle.

Fred was a long time member of the FOP and was a constant figure at the left middle table at the lodge meetings with his other Abington and Cheltenham buddies.  Fred was a current delegate of the lodge and took an active role on the obligations committee.

There will be a memorial service held for Fred on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 10AM at the Grace Presbyterian Church, 444 York Road, Jenkintown, PA 19046-2782. The family will be receiving visitors at the church immediately following the service.

The family is asking in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in Fred's memory to either of the following organizations:
