The Cheltenham Township Police Department regrets to announce the death of Retired Cheltenham Township Police Officer David Sparks, who passed away on Friday August 21, 2009. He was a Cheltenham Police Officer for 34 years, before retiring in 1999.

The arrangements are as follows: 

Viewing:   Wednesday, August 26, 2009, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.  (Memorial Service starts approx 8:30 PM)
