Donald J. Rohner Sr.
Donald J. Rohner Sr., of Huntingdon Valley, PA passed away March 7, 2009 at his residence. He was 75. Don was a detective, with a Law Enforcement career spanning over 50 years with both Montgomery County and Abington Twp. A USN veteran, having served aboard the USS Leyte 32, he was also a Civil War enthusiast and loved spending time with his family. The beloved husband of Tina (nee Giovannangelo), he is also survived by his children; Donna Rohner, Donald J. Rohner Jr. (Mary), Robert J. Rohner (JoAnn), Michele R.
Ceniviva (George J. Sr.), grandchildren: Robert, James, Leanne, Marissa and Natalie, also by a sister Janice Brock. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thurs. March 12 from 9:00 A.M. at Queen of Peace Church, 820 North Hills Ave., Ardsley, PA 19038 where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Abington Twp. Police Pension Assoc., P.O. Box 315, Abington, PA 19001.
